WEST END AGENTS

Installation instructions for Viigo RSS Newsreader on a Windows Mobile Device.

1. Using the web browser on your standard PC (not BlackBerry), go to the Viigo website.

2. On the right hand side of the page, you will see a panel with the header "Get Viigo. It's Free". Click on the "Windows Mobile" tab, and then on the link marked "Direct Download".

3. After installing the Viigo software onto your PC, you will need to 'sync' your Windows Mobile Device with your PC.

4. Open the Viigo application from the main Windows menu. It should be represented by a green circle with a 'V' in it. If you can't find the Viigo icon in the main menu, open the "Programs" folder.

5. Click on the icon to launch Viigo.

6. When Viigo starts up, you will be prompted to create a Viigo account. Enter a username and password (any username/password you like) and continue.

7. When asked for your email address, use the address that your Windows Mobile Device uses to receive mail.

8. Once in Viigo, to set up the WestEndAgents.com Instructions feed, click on "Menu" and choose "Add channel".

9. Click "Add Your Own Channel".

10. Click on "Menu", then "Enter URL".

11. Rather than clicking anywhere on the list of options, instead click on "Menu", then "Enter URL".

12. In the following screen, input the following information:
     

    Enter URL: http://www.westendagents.com/wea_rss/

    Username: The email address you use as a registered agent on WestEndAgents.com

    Password: The password you use as a registered agent on WestEndAgents.com

    The application will now try and connect to the feed. If a few minutes pass, and it does not respond, simply press "Back".

    "WestEndAgents.com Agent Instructions" will now appear in your "My Web Feeds" List (you can delete all the other feeds it adds by default, if you're not planning to use them. Do this by selecting the unwanted feeds, then going to "Menu", and then "Remove Feed").

    Click on the "WestEndAgents.com Agent Instructions" feed title, to bring up all current messages.
